These almost surreal houses made of ice and snow are really fascinating. These buildings protect against the weather and are somehow part of it at the same time. But building a stable igloo is really difficult: the temperature has to be right, the amount of snow too and then the ice dome has to be built. Not easy at all!
But we make it easier for ourselves and stamp the igloo. This has several advantages: you can sit in the warmth and drink hot chocolate, it is much less stressful & quicker and you can send out happymail with the finished work later.
